Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your booking before the service time. The following policy applies based on cancellation timing.

Cancellation Windows & Fees

  • 24 hours or more before: Full refund — no charge.
  • 24-12 hours before: 50% refund.
  • 12-2 hours before: 25% refund.
  • Less than 2 hours / no-show: No refund.

Flight Cancellation / Delay

If your flight is cancelled by the airline or delayed more than 4 hours, notify us as soon as possible (info@transfersdalaman.com or WhatsApp). In such cases, full refund is issued or transfer rescheduled free of charge.

Send your booking code to info@transfersdalaman.com or WhatsApp +90 532 000 0000. Cancellation is confirmed within 2 hours.
