1. Scope of Service
Ulgan Tour Turizm provides private transfer services between Dalaman Airport and various destinations in the Muğla region. The service is provided based on the number of passengers, vehicle type, pickup and drop-off addresses specified by the customer at the time of booking.
2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during booking (flight number, landing time, passenger count, contact, address).
- If service cannot be performed due to incorrect information, refunds may not be issued.
- You must follow the driver's instructions and Turkish traffic rules.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and disturbing the driver inside the vehicle are prohibited.
3. Service Limits
Service may be disrupted or unavailable due to force majeure such as extraordinary circumstances, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, traffic blockages, or flight cancellations. In such cases, we offer alternatives or refund according to the terms in our contract.
4. Intellectual Property
Site content, design, logo, text, images and software are owned by Kalynda Teknoloji Havacılık ve Turizm Ltd. Şti.; unauthorized copying and distribution are prohibited.
5. Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from this service are subject to the jurisdiction of Muğla courts and enforcement offices. Turkish law applies.
