Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement is drawn up in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation. It takes effect when you book online.
1. Parties

CONSUMER: The person making the booking (identified by the name, email, phone in the form).
2. Subject
Performance by the provider of the transfer service purchased online, under the conditions specified at booking.
3. Price & Payment
Service price is shown on screen at booking and includes VAT. Payment via methods set by provider (credit card, bank transfer, cash). Cash to driver is collected at service time.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Exceptions
Per Article 15/g of the Regulation, transport services performed on a specific date are not subject to right of withdrawal. However, we apply the tiered refund schedule in our "Cancellation Policy" as a courtesy.
5. Force Majeure
If service cannot be performed due to force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, war, strike, government order, etc.), parties are released from liability and the paid amount is refunded.
6. Jurisdiction
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. Monetary thresholds set by the Ministry apply.
