Service Delivery & Refund

Our service is transport (transfer), not the sale of a physical product. "Delivery" therefore means the moment service is performed; "refund" refers to the cancellation process before service.
Service Performance
Service begins when our driver is at the specified pickup point at the booked time and is completed when your luggage is unloaded at the destination.
When Service Cannot Be Performed
Full refund applies if:
- Driver does not arrive within 30 minutes of pickup time
- Service cannot be performed due to vehicle breakdown (without alternative)
- Booking is cancelled due to Ulgan Tour Turizm's fault
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 business days.
